E. Payment by credit card or cheque. The use of a credit card for payment of the service is subject to the corresponding card issuer agreement. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all the amounts due on request. If you pay by cheque, you allow us to collect your cheque electronically. You agree not to change or change the agreement with restrictive references (such as “fully paid” or any other statement or sharing of cheques or other payments we accept, and these ratings have no legal effect. B. Resignation by you. Before making such a termination or any other changes to your account, we can verify your identity and confirm your choice. Subject to applicable law or the terms of agreements with government authorities, all fees and charges applicable to the Services are due until the termination of the agreement, the separation of service or services and the return of all Xfinity equipment. With the exception of non-refundable fees and charges, we reimburse all prepaid monthly service charges, which are calculated for the service (e) based on the termination date (deducted from all arrears due to the service, affiliate services, Xfinity equipment or other expenses and expenses incurred). If you have a contract or service contract and terminate it prematurely, you must pay an early termination fee. The exact amount of the ETF depends on the remaining amount of your contract, the cost being reduced each month by a specified amount. b. Customer equipment. “Customer Equipment” refers to the software, hardware or services you wish to use in relation to the Services that are not provided or rented by us or our agent.

Notwithstanding the last sentence, all devices you purchased from us (or our agent) and as part of an express sales contract are “customer equipment.” You agree to allow us and our agents to offer us the rights to insert wired cards and other hardware into customer hardware, to send software and/or “downloads” to customer hardware, and to install, configure, maintain, verify and update customer hardware. You guarantee that you either own the customer equipment or that you are empowered to give us access to customers` equipment. If you do not own the customer equipment, it is your responsibility to obtain the required permission from the owner so that we and our agents can have access to the activities described in this paragraph. In addition, you agree to us or our agent if we request to provide the owner`s name, address and phone number and/or proof that the owner has granted such permission. To avoid any doubt, “Customer Equipment” does not contain Xfinity equipment for which you have paid unturned equipment fees. You agree that Xfinity services and devices will only be used for personal, private and non-commercial purposes, unless we have specifically approved it in writing. You are prohibited from reselling all or part of the service or from authorizing any other service to use or use Xfinity Equipment or the Service directly or indirectly for illegal purposes, including, but without limitation, those who violate the guidelines we propose for the Service or Services. Using Xfinity devices or services to transfer, communicate or store information, data or material that violates U.S. information.
